      Description

A few of the ordered test (07aa, 07cd, 07dc, 07ec, 07fc) creates a sequentially ordered LHS to the join that was a fraction of the index size.
Unfortunately that means that on a cluster with multiple partitions, it is likely the test will be hitting the 1st part of the index only, whilst the other remain idle.

The LHS keys should be distributed such that it remains ordered, but is evenly distributed over the index.
NB: There are separate tests which deliberately test a 1way key.
