    Description

      As a QA engineer who writes automation tests, I would need the following functionality ported to ECL.exe before the deprecation of ECLPlus.exe

       

      The following ECLPlus.exe options are  missing from ECL.exe:

      format= One of the following options: default | csv | csvh | xml | runecl | bin(ary)

      output= The name of the file to output.
