Host HPCC Docker Image in Docker Hub

1) create automated HPCC Platform Docker image on Docker Hub
2) Provide additional Docker template to allow user add more HPCC Products
3) Create Docker-Compose application to deploy HPCC cluster on local VM and possible AWS EC2
4) Add or update documentation about above usage.
