IBYTI delay mechanism fails when more than 2 slaves per channel

      Description

      The mechanism for reducing IBYTI delay on secondary channels if primary is not responding only works correctly when there are exactly two slaves per channel - it assumes that any time another slave responds that it was the primary, and therefore the delay can be reset.

      Should only reset the delay if the response is from a higher-ranked slave.
