Add option to TRIM to remove all whitespace, not just spaces

    Description

      This is part of the current (prev 7.0) semantics for trim on a unicode string.  However with the changes in HPCC-19008 it would be useful to have a function that preserved the old semantics, and was also implemented for strings.
