Add an information entry if a thor query is executed on hthor

If a query is targeted at Thor, but deemed to be "simple", the eclcc will aim to execute it on hthor instead - unless pickBestEngine is set to false.

Currently there is little clue to the user that this has occurred - and consequently confusion when the query doesn't turn out to be simple after all.
