      Description

      From conversation in another JIRA:

      Jake Smith:
      Re.
      >As far as what has to restart, dfuserver and esp use them, but I didn't know they cache them, so I'd have guessed a Dali update without any restarts was enough. Kevin Wang may be better able to answer this question.
I tested this and after the environment.xml is pushed, only my esp needed updating.
I'm not entirely sure why it needs that, I think it's (via common environment interfaces) supposed to notice changes and update the cache automatically.
Kevin Wang - can you comment?

      Kevin Wang:
Several ESP service methods do call the m_envFactory->validateCache(). Inside the validateCache(), I can see: subscription.setown( new CSdsSubscription() ).
