Capture reason for 'Process terminated or node down?' failure (e.g. OOM killed slave, or capture stack)

It would be useful to include information about whether a process was previously killed with an OOM killer, by checking when the process is restarted.

It would also be good to annotate the workunit that was active at the time to indicate that it was killed in this way.
