      Description

When a file is sprayed into HPCC, the modified date/time for the logical file is set to the date/time of the when spray operation D workunit is created and queued, rather than when the operation completes and then file is completely written and has become available for use.

Expected behaviour is for the modified date/time to be set to the date/time when the operation completes

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Spray a file into HPCC, ideally one that is of a significant size
      • Note the start time of the operation
      • Note the D workunit start time
      • Note the D workunit end time
      • When the operation completes the modified date/time is that of the start time
