Unable to do DFU copy job after QA200 roxie upgraded to OSS 6.4.0-1

      Description

      I upgraded the QA200 roxie (http://10.194.21.114:8010) to OSS 6.4.0-1 on Friday evening, 8/18. We have a user that is now unable to successfully use DFU copy on any of the targets in the environment. WU W20170821-101948 is getting the following errors. There are several other WU examples out there. NO CHANGES were made to the environment.xml file.

      Here is the code he is attempting to run:

      STD.file.copy('~thor_data400::key::vehiclev2::autokey::address_qa'   , 'roxie_qa200',       '~thor_data400::key::vehiclev2::autokey::address_qa'   , '10.194.10.1:7070' , , , ,true , ,true ,, , ,);

      // STD.File.CreateSuperFile('~thor::compid::Audit::key::idl_qa',,1);

      Prior to the upgrade (previously on 6.2.16-1), this process was working. The user reports he is able to use the ECL Watch to do the copy manually. It is just the WUs that are failing. Any ideas?
