Description

Code written in c++ to execute excludeFirstWord with Unicode capabilities
Test Cases written to mirror the string version of excludeFirstWord with added tests for characters other than the English alphabet
A well-documented stub function in ecllibrary/std/uni.ecl for excludeFirstWord
