      Description

Ip ranges texts (as passed to SocketEndpointArray::fromText) can take the form:
      192.168.1.1-10,1-10

The first part ("192.168.1.1-10") meaning 192.168.1.1 through to 192.168.1.10.
The second part ("1-10") meaning, repeat previous IP with a trailing ip segment of 1-10.

These are used, for example, in published files where IP's are repeated in groups, e.g.:

      <Group>10.241.41.1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10,1-10</Group>
