      Description

frunssh(84) EXCLOG has no e.getMessage() and is confusing. if e.getMessage() is empty, lets append the command that was attempting to run.

frunssh(79) PROGLOG sometimes pumps out thousands of ssh(0) messages which are meaningless and take up space. get rid of them if buf.str() is empty.

init_thorslave(48) Killall needs to redirect STDERR to STDOUT (/dev/null) to avoid extraneous messages in the logs that are meaningless.

init_thor(kill_slaves()). Think about line 93 logging and if uslaves should be removed at all, or if we should just squelch line 93 so end users don't get confused by the error message.
