      Description

If you compile an archive from a system that is used signed libraries (e.g., one of our public builds) on a development system you get warnings like the following:

      gpg: Creating PIPE program process : 'gpg --verify -' - hasinput=1, hasoutput=0 stderrbufsize=0
gpg: Pipe: process 15628 complete 2
GPG 2 gpg: Signature made Thu 23 Feb 2017 18:58:15 GMT using RSA key ID 8DAA417D
      gpg: can't open `/home/gavin/.gnupg/pubring.gpg'
gpg: keydb_search failed: file open error
gpg: Can't check signature: public key not found

There should either be a well publicised way of installing the public key, or an option on eclcc to not check signatures.

(Main problem is it makes the regression suite output inconsistent so it cannot be compared with a binary compare.)
