ClientTools 6.2.0 rc3 does not work on new install

Would not show under Eclipse(ecl plugin), even though older versions of clienttools would. When I try to run eclcc --version, I get an error saying that it could not run because zlib.dll is missing. Tried reinstalling clienttools, ecl eclipse plugin, eclipse many times in different orders.
