      Description

      Two issues:

      1. When people tell us about a segfault and paste information from the logs, they often seem to stop at just the point that they become interesting. Can we re-order the information (or put a header/footer on it) to try to ensure that we get the interesting bit more often

      2. The first few lines of the stack trace are almost always incorrect and instead refer to the signal handling code, often redirected into the jvm. This can create the impression that it is always the JVM that crashes which is unhelpful for self-diagnosis. Is it possible to strip stack frames above the reported fault IP from the output?
