Timers page not adding up

I noticed for a job that it was running slow since since switching to 6.0. What usually took 1 minute now took 6+ minutes. When trying to investigate using the timers and graph tabs, the total cluster time would give me a number but the items listed above would come nowhere near that time. Total time would say 618 seconds but adding up the itemized list I would only get 75 seconds.
