Eclwatch permissions should default to authenticated users or provide a mechanism by which to set all the appropriate permissions for a group.
It appears that all the controls in eclwatch default to not allowing authorized users.
We prefer to have it default to authorized users allowed and operations removes authorized users from access points to eclwatch:
In lieu of that,. provide a mechanism to set the appropriate permissions for a group for all the controls that renders the system usable to folks NOT in the admin group.
Currently, we have to go one by one into each of the controls and we are not sure what the appropriate level is for each control.
