memcached tests fail with undefined symbols

Cause is a name clash between our plugin library and the memcached API library (both are called libmemcached). Now ther we ship a copy of the latter in our libs directory, it is picked up at link time and as a result the wu has no references to our plugin.

Roxie preloads all plugins and so works, but eclagent and thor do not.
