Race condition in multi channel lookupjoin could cause hangup

A lookup join in multichannel setup could deadlock if all channels apart from 0 finished very quickly (probably required all to have 0 rows).

Similarly, if lookup join channels started broadcasting very quickly, before channel 0 had started, an assert could be hit.
