Consider using alternative heap memory manager for better threaded peformance

Experimentation with TBB memory manager, or TCMalloc or SuperMalloc show very significant speed increases with some queries which are highly threaded.
An example is Thor using channelsPerSlave=X and a tight looping child query.

In case like those, a 10 fold speed increase has been observed simply by slotting in a replacement allocator.
