      Description

I started this in language, though Language might not be the best place. There are way too many cases where C++ is used for string splitting.

Frequently, there are multiple delimiters required, so to use Std.Str.SplitWords, the string must be pre-processed with a SubstituteOut(In/Ex)cluded to change the various delimiters into a single character instance.

The ideal case would be to create a builtin function (REGEXFINDSET for instance) that returned a SET OF UNICODE or SET OF STRING (depending upon the arguments).

A solid useful case would be to extend the standard string library split function to accept a set of delimiters.
