ability to merge multiple package files

Please could we have the ability to merge multiple package files on roxie.

Example:

Let us say we have 3 roxie's: roxie1, roxie2 and roxie3

We want to be able to

1. deliver 2 package files: pkgfile1 and pkgfile2
2. when deploying merge pkgfile1 and pkgfile2 and deploy as 1 package file to roxie1
3. use pkgfile1 to copy the contents from roxie1 to roxie2
4. use pkgfile2 to copy from roxie1 to roxie3

Please could you let us know if this is possible.
