Issues deleting logical file with scope or filenames that begin with a numeric character

I can reproduce a very similar issue on 5.0.14-1. Files are named starting with .:: on the HPCC cluster https://66.241.56.10:18010. If this is a different issue, feel free to open one.

ECLWatch reports error when trying to delete:
Cannot delete .::2015061100.banko__browse on thor: [ 25: SDS: IPropertyTree exception SDS Reply Error : SDS: IPropertyTree exception IPropertyTree: xpath parse error XPath Exception: Qualifier expected e.g. [..] in xpath = 2015061100_46banko_95_95browse ^ in xpath '/_Locks/SuperOwnerLock/2015061100_46banko_95_95browse']
dfuplus reports no error, but the file is still listed as existing after trying to delete it:
