Number of threads for FileSprayer::gatherFileSizes should be configurable

FileSprayer::gatherFileSizes() currently uses square root of number of fileSizeQueue entries as number of threads to use, with a max limit of 20.
Each thread makes RemoteFilename calls to dafilesrv.
This should be externally configurable.
