Dali logs "WARNING: CFileAttrLockBase ... blocked for Ns", where N keeps increasing

The hang of the WU run was encountered by Jennifer.Hennigar@lexisnexis.com. She may have worked around it, but it is a periodic run that may hang every time going forward.

Whether this is in fact a bug or it is some condition the ECL code created erroneously, please identify what condition causes the hang so we can avoid it.
