Description
Allowing arbitrary entrypoints to be called when compiling is not desirable. We may need to whitelist a few that we DO support - or else extend the builtin string support to the point where there is no need for such a whitelist.
We could indicate using a flag in the plugin header whether functions are eligible for const-folder use.
