Packet length error for Roxie query (on 1-way allFilesDynamic Roxie clusters)

Queries that have been deployed to a 1-way OSS roxie cluster that is configured with allFilesDynamic=true are getting the following exception:

Exception thrown in query - cleaning up: 1446: Packet length 80708 exceeded maximum sending packet uid=0x0000006c activityId=ROXIE_FILECALLBACK pri=LOW queryHash=40027097c2ee7870 ch=1 seq=32768 cont=0 server=10.194.17.1 retries=0003 (in Index Read 69)"

The same queries execute without exception on:

1) 702 clusters
2) 1-way OSS clusters that are allFilesDynamic=false
3) 100-way OSS clusters
