Investigate removing all subgraphs from roxie queries

I don't think there is any benefit in generating multiple subgraphs for a roxie query (except possibly to reduce the strain on the graph viewer).

Should investigate removing them all, and see what effect it has. Possibly use a #option to configure for the moment.
