Resource management for HPCC? (akin to YARN)

Is there any thought to abstract out the resource management within HPCC, allowing any process (java, etc.) to utilize the resources of an HPCC cluster? (similar to YARN)

This would allow other frameworks to coexist/run on the same infrastructure.
