The //noxxxxxx tag won't work together with the --runclass/--excludecalss parameters

If any or both of the class parameters are used in regression test engine command line then the //no<hthor|thor|roxie> (exclude) tag ignored at suite build phase. (Exclude tagged test cases are included into the suite)
