Spraying XML with the new ECL Watch does not split on row level tags

I uploaded an xml file (reuters.xml) to the landing zone of http://10.173.147.1:8010/ using the new EclWatch.

I sprayed it as XML to ~drea::reuters.xml with the new ECL Watch, specifying row tag REUTERS.

When I tried to process it I got errors, and looking at the file /var/lib/HPCCSystems/hpcc-data/thor/drea/reuters.xml._1_of_4 on 10.173.147.2, the end of the file doesn't end with a </REUTERS> tag. It ends in the middle of a record.

I resprayed the file using the legacy IDE to ~drea::reutersxml. Looking at /var/lib/HPCCSystems/hpcc-data/thor/drea/reutersxml._1_of_4 on 10.173.147.2, the end of the file correctly end with a </REUTERS> tag and I have no problems processing this file.
