      Description

When running the ecl command line application, the user needs to get prompted to enter a missing password instead of getting an Unauthorized Access soap error. The user should get prompted for the password (and the input should be hidden). Most users will not want to enter their password in clear text on the command line

      ecl queries list -s xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -u user
      SOAP server error[HTTP Status 500 Internal Server ErrorSOAP fault: string=[401: Unauthorized Access] . detail=<Exceptions xmlns="urn:hpccsystems:ws:wsworkunits" xsi:schemaLocation="urn:hpccsystems:ws:wsworkunits http://10.239.190.101:8010/WsWorkunits/?xsd"><Source>Esp</Source><Exception><Code>401</Code><Audience>user</Audience><Message>Unauthorized Access</Message></Exception></Exceptions>.]

ecl packagemap commands (i.e. list, info, etc), also have the same issue
