Sasha's standard default expiry period being used instead persist default

The default Sasha expiry period is different from regular files, Sasha distinguishes them by checking a files persist attribute. However, instead of checking @persistent it was incorrectly checking @persist.

The expiry date can still be configured manually, but left unconfigured persist will expire after the default std. of 14 days, when they should expired after 7.
