      Description

The transaction mechanism used by promoteSuperFile, was failing to track (keep note of) the subfiles remove from one subfile and added to the next.

Most of the time, you get away with it, only when there's a conflict between what was in a superfile being promoted to and the new content was it noticed.

e.g. if the new file at the head of the promote was of a incompatible type (e.g. compressed) to the previous content.
Then, spuriously, DFS would complain with error like:

addSubFile: super1's compression setting (compressed) is different than super2's (uncompressed)

The swap transaction action, needs to note the files being swapped between the two supers.
