Publish with remote dali needs username and password field

Supposing I have System A and System B.
I want to publish a query onto System A from the new eclwatch whilst using System B as the remote dali (for the logical files)

I believe the current logic is to use the username and password combo that a user has logged into System A for the authentication on System B.

If System B and System A have different username/password combos, this won't work.
