Sasha archives published workunits

In 3.10.8-9, but possibly in others. After archiving, the workunit itself is still in Dali, but the helpers appear to have been archived, which would render such a published workunit unusable. Failure reports missing .so file.

Rudimentary testing appears to support that protecting the published workunit will prevent the archiving.
