      Description

Currently a 'size' attribute per logical file is published that represents the total size of record bytes, i.e. it remains the same whether the underlying physical files are compressed or not.

Per IDistributePart a 'compressedSize' is published, but it's not accessed through the DFS interfaces and it is not amalgamated into the top-level file attributes (Attr) in the same way 'size' is (for speed reasons).

Allow interfaces/implementation to access the compressSize meta and publish a total compressedSize at the Attr level if the file is compressed.
